This company needed to expand quickly. The goal was to turn a few walls and a few doors into a business winning platform.
RA focused on the space more than the stuff in the space. Adding stuff added cost, but the raw space was already there.

Special detailing and construction methods were worked out with the builder before bidding to make sure costs stayed super low.
The electrical package was designed from what the client had on-hand. The machanical package was carefully designed to hide above the conference room. The floor plan was designed to maximize headcount and flexibility. Everything was stitched together and checked in 3D to ensure all jank was resolved and every dollar was spent effectively, ensuring the space felt good and worked well.

RA ran all consultants. All design deadlines were met. RA sailed through all three jurisdictions with zero comments to receive permits.
